We are Triplef2021 srl, a company born from the union of experience, passion and creativity.
The general terms and conditions set forth herein (hereinafter: the "T&C") apply to all purchases and rentals of personal fashion goods (clothes, shoes and accessories) and furniture goods (hereinafter: the "Products") on the website www.triplef.it (hereinafter: "Website"), owned by TRIPLEF2021 srl with registered office in Rome via Cassiodoro 1/a, Italy; VAT number, tax code and registration number in the Rome Company Register 16098221001, by persons residing in countries where the Website is active.
Purchases of Products made through the Site will see Triplef2021 srl as parties, as seller and/or hirer, while the subjects who proceed with the purchase of one or more Products can be:
Private customers, for purposes not related to their business, commercial, craft or professional activity, as a buyer.
Business customers purchasing for non-personal use as traders, wholesalers, retailers and professionals.
The “T&Cs” are important to both us and you, as they set out what we can expect from each other and also provide you with useful information. The user will find more information in the Customer Support section.
We update these terms and the Customer Care section of the site from time to time, so please check before making a purchase as we will always apply the latest update.
To shop with us, the customer must:
be at least 16 years old;
be in possession of a credit or debit card belonging to one of the circuits we accept (check at the bottom of the page for more details on the providers we currently accept);
be authorized to use that credit or debit card (the card is in your name or you have permission to use it).
Place an order
The sales contract between Triplef2021 srl and the Customer is to be considered finalized with the sending to the Customer, to the e-mail address indicated by the latter with the purchase order, of the written confirmation of the shipment. There is a minimum order value of 20.00 Euros excluding VAT below which the system does not allow the order to be formalized
Your order will only be accepted once your payment has been approved and your credit card has been charged (at which point the contract is made on the basis of these terms).
The customer may be able to cancel (not modify) the order within a short period of time after placing it: times will depend on the selected shipping method (and will be indicated in the confirmation email).
The customer will not be able to modify the order, but will have to cancel it (and/or return the item/s purchased with the original order) and place a new order.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of order price.
If only a part of the Products indicated in the order are available, Triplef2021 Srl will contact the Customer to ask him if he intends to cancel the order or is willing to receive only the available Products; in this case the Customer will only be charged for the amount relating to the Products he will receive.
If there is a problem with an order, Triplef2021 srl will contact the customer directly. In the event that a particular Product present in the Customer's order is no longer available, Triplef2021 srl will have no obligation to supply the Product in question, but will only be required to promptly inform the Customer of this circumstance.
Triplef2021 srl reserves the right to reduce, at its free discretion, the quantity of Products that can be purchased on the Website.
It is also specified that the images relating to the description of a product could, in some cases, not be perfectly distinctive of its characteristics, but differ in some details. Customer Assistance is available for any specifications and clarifications.
In rare cases, Triplef2021s.rl may have to refuse or cancel an order or block an account (even if the order had been previously confirmed), for example in the event that Triplef2021 srl should notice something particularly unusual in an order or in an account or if the order exceeds the limit of units allowed. If this happens, the customer can always contact Customer Service who will be happy to solve the problem.
Product prices and descriptions
All Product prices, expressed in the currency shown in the cart, are inclusive of VAT where applicable. However, Triplef2021 srl will do its best to ensure that the prices indicated on the website are correct and up-to-date.
Shipping and delivery costs may vary according to the country and will be charged to the Customer upon shipment of the Products ordered, based on the shipping rates in force indicated in the relative section of the website. These additional costs will be clearly visible at checkout and included under 'Total Cost'.
The delivery of the Products will be made to the delivery address indicated by the Customer in the order. Claims for goods shipped and not delivered, or delivered to a person other than the one indicated, or any signature disclaimers, must be communicated to the email address email@example.com. Claims for goods received with broken packaging or with an open or damaged package must be reported directly to the courier by writing together with the signature "subject to control", upon acceptance of the package. In these cases, the Customer will also be required to notify customer service within one (1) day of receipt of the goods.
Normally the Products will be delivered within a maximum of 7 (seven) days from Triplef2021 Srl's order confirmation, it being understood that delivery times may vary depending on the country of destination.
Triplef2021 Srl reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel, at its free discretion, the delivery or fulfillment of any of the obligations deriving from the sales or rental contract in case of alleged fraud, default or violation by the Customer of obligations assumed towards Triplef2021 Srl for previous orders and/or sales or rental contracts.
Triplef2021 srl will do its best to respect delivery times, if there are delays caused by the courier, logistic problems or adverse weather conditions, it will provide all the updates and the Customer will be able to follow the progress of his package.
Returns and refunds for product purchases
If one of the items purchased is not suitable for the needs of the Customer, he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, within the term of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods. By that date, provided that the products are intact, Triplef2021 srl will refund the full amount paid for the purchase of the item on the same payment method used to place the order.
Upon receipt of the Products by Triplef2021 srl, the sales contract will be deemed canceled for all purposes and all related obligations, rights or claims will lapse, it being understood that if the Products returned to Triplef2021s.rl are found to be damaged, the same will have the right to compensate such damage with the payment of the products already made by the Customer.
The right of withdrawal applies to the product purchased by the customer considering it in its entirety. It is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product.
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal under the conditions described above by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, obtaining, if necessary, the authorization to proceed with the return.
We strongly recommend that you request and obtain a return shipment receipt and follow the returns procedure. The address of our warehouse is via San Cipriano, 1 – 00136 ROME
And after the requested times?
Triplef2021 srl does not accept returns of unwanted products, returned after the time periods indicated above. If the customer sends a return after the requested times, Triplef2021 srl could return it to the sender and ask to cover the cost of the shipment.
In the event of unusual and inappropriate return activity, for example if the returned items do not correspond to those ordered, Triplef2021 srl may have to make the decision to deactivate an account and any accounts associated with it. In any case, if the customer thinks that an error of assessment has been made, he can always contact Customer Service and Triplef2021s.rl will be happy to reconsider the case.
If the account has been deactivated and the customer needs to make a return, they can contact Customer Service who will provide a return label, but in this case the shipping costs will be charged to the Customer.
Triplef2021 srl reserves the right to take legal action if the returned items do not match those ordered.
Our Privacy Policies illustrate how we will use the Customer's data, should they change, the customer must proceed to update the account section, in order to allow Triplef2021 srl to continue to offer its best service.
What not to do…
It is absolutely forbidden to tamper with the Triplef2021 srl website, or other services ("Sites") (e.g. hacking, introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other technologically harmful materials or perpetrating attacks aimed at denying services, etc.) or otherwise tamper with the technical functions of Triplef2021 srl, or steal customer data. These can be considered criminal offences. Trilpef2021 srl will report each of these violations or activities (and all information relating to the persons who committed them) to the competent authorities.
Triplef2021 srl recommends using antivirus protection software when using any site, including ours.
Furthermore, you are not permitted to use automated systems or software to extract data from our Site ('screen scraping').
Intellectual Property, Software and Content
Triplef2021 srl owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights of its Site and its contents. These rights are protected worldwide. All these rights are reserved.
You may store, print and view the contents of our site for your personal use only. You may not use any part of the site for commercial purposes without our express permission.
Furthermore, it is not permitted to use the Triplef2021 srl logo, or other brands and trademarks (or any symbol that has similar colors) without our explicit authorization.
