Price, VAT, Taxes
All Product prices are expressed in euros and include VAT. For each order placed on the site, if the customer has expressly requested it at the time of the order and has provided a valid VAT number or tax code and all the elements required when registering the Customer Account, Triplef2021 srl will issue an invoice for the material shipped, sending it to the interchange platform (SDI). For the details reported when issuing the invoice, the information provided by the customer at the time of the order is valid. In fact, no changes to the invoice will be possible after it has been issued.
Shipping and delivery costs may vary depending on the country and will be charged to the customer when the ordered products are shipped, based on the shipping rates in force reported in the relevant section of the website (LINK). The customer will be able to check the delivery cost via the link sent to you in the order confirmation email
Payment will be made by the customer upon confirmation of shipment by credit card or in the other methods indicated in the relevant section of the Website.
Payments
You can pay through the following payment methods:
- Paypal: with PayPal you can shop for free and securely with both a credit card and a prepaid card, without sharing your financial information with the person receiving the payment.
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
- By advance bank transfer.
PayPal is an online payment system that involves opening an account with PayPal.
By choosing this mode, after clicking on PayPal, you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where you can enter your PayPal account email and password or enter all your credit card details in order to pay for the order.
For each transaction carried out using this method, a confirmation email is sent by PayPal.
The order amount is debited from your PayPal account when the order is placed.
The order paid with PayPal, before being entrusted to the Courier, could be subjected, directly with PayPal, to a "genuineness check" (verification which verifies the actual ownership of the PayPal account).
In the event that an "authenticity verification" is activated, the customer will be notified by Triplef2021 srl via e-mail.
This verification takes on average 2 working days.
If PayPal informs Triplef2021 srl of any irregularity, Triplef2021 srl will proceed with the cancellation of the order by communicating it at the same time via e-mail.
In case of cancellation the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account.
Credit card
We accept the most common credit cards, including prepaid and rechargeable ones, issued exclusively in Italy by the following circuits: Visa and Mastercard.
When paying by credit card, no supplement will be charged.
For all credit cards it is necessary to enter the CVV2 code otherwise the order will be cancelled. For Visa and Mastercard credit cards, the CVV2 corresponds to the last 3 digits found on the back of the card.
Please note
It may happen that, after entering your credit card details and CVV2, you are also asked for an additional code or some specific data. This happens because some banking institutions require a precise procedure to enable the use of the credit card online. To find out how to enable your credit card for online purchases or to find out the code to enter, you must contact your banking institution directly.
When you enter your credit card details, the bank is only asked to authorize spending on the credit card. In some cases, banks notify the customer by sending an SMS. Receipt of the text message is NOT indicative of the card being charged but only of the blocking of the credit limit necessary for the purchase.
The actual charge on the credit card occurs only when the products are shipped. The order paid by credit card, before being entrusted to the Courier, could be subjected, directly with the relevant banking institution, to a "genuineness check" (check which verifies the actual ownership of the credit card).
In the event that an "authenticity verification" is activated, the customer will be notified by Triplef2021 via e-mail.
This verification requires on average:
- 24 hours for orders placed with Visa and Mastercard credit cards;
If the banking institution communicates to Triplef2021 srl any irregularity relating to the credit card used, Triplef2021 srl will proceed with the cancellation of the order by giving contextual communication via e-mail.

Before proceeding with payment it is important to receive the order confirmation email.
Banking practice requires that the transfer made is credited to the beneficiary's current account (Triplef2021 srl) no earlier than 2/3 working days after its execution.
It is possible to speed up delivery times by sending an email to triplef@triplef.it the accountant of the payment, thus allowing the preparation of the outgoing order. Payment by advance bank transfer requires, in any case and without exceptions, that the order is processed once the payment transfer has been received and therefore on the effective date of the value in the current account.
After 10 days from the date of acceptance of the order (date on which the order confirmation is received via email) without having received the bank transfer credit, Triplef2021 srl will cancel the order.
